Bill Case, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Bill Case leads the strategic direction of TDS’ enterprise technology organization, focusing on enabling growth, modernizing systems, and improving customer and associate experience across the TDS family of companies. He is responsible for enterprise technology strategy and delivery, including IT operations, cybersecurity, business intelligence, and business transformation initiatives.

Case joined TDS in 2026 as senior vice president and CIO. Prior to joining TDS, he served as executive vice president and CIO at WOW! Internet, Cable, and Phone. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles across telecommunications, technology, and professional services, including managing partner and CEO of Wheelhouse Consulting Group, and COO, executive vice president and chief development officer at ProNerve. He also held executive and leadership roles at TTEC (TeleTech), Aon, AT&T Broadband, and UnitedHealth Group.

Case earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, along with a master’s degree in information systems and a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Colorado.
