Vicki L. Villacrez is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TDS, Inc.
Villacrez has more than 25 years of leadership experience with TDS, having joined its parent
company, TDS, Inc., in 1989. She served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of
TDS Telecom beginning in May 2012 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2017. During
the last decade, she has held multiple senior finance leadership roles and has helped guide the
company through historic transformations, mergers and acquisitions.
Villacrez currently serves on the Boards of Directors of TDS, Inc. (NYSE: TDS) and Array Digital
Infrastructure (NYSE: AD), both publicly traded companies. She previously served on the Board of
Directors of U.S. Cellular Corporation (NYSE: USM) prior to its sale to T-Mobile in August 2025.
In her executive capacity, Villacrez regularly engages with key stakeholders, including both the
TDS and Array Board of Directors and respective Audit Committees, TDS Compensation
Committee, investors, buy-side and sell-side analysts, media and industry reporters, lending
institutions, and rating agencies. She also currently serves on the company’s Investment
Management Committee overseeing the fiduciary responsibilities related to the employees’ 401(k)
and pension fund investments.
Villacrez earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Upper Iowa University and a Master
of Business Administration from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. She is a Certified
Public Accountant and has completed several board education programs, including Deloitte’s TMT
NYC Board-Ready Women program, Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management’s
Women’s Director Development Program, and PwC’s Trust Leadership Institute Executive program.
She also regularly participates in the National Association of Corporate Directors Summit in
Washington, D.C., and Deloitte’s CFO Vision conference.
Villacrez has also contributed to community and academic organizations, serving on the Board
of Directors of Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin as Treasurer and Executive Board
Member from 2014 to 2022 and on the Advisory Board for the Edgewood College School of
Business from 2017 to 2020. Outside of her professional and board service, she spends her time
outdoors, hiking, swimming, biking, skiing and has completed two triathlons, achieving a personal
best in 2025.
