CHICAGO, March 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TDS) today announced the promotion of Jane W. McCahon to senior vice president, corporate relations and corporate secretary.
McCahon joined TDS in 2009 as vice president corporate relations, and became corporate secretary in 2013. McCahon oversees the investor relations and public corporate governance activities of TDS and its majority-owned, publicly traded subsidiary U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM). She is responsible for day-to-day communications with analysts, portfolio managers, financial media representatives, and individual investors along with the activities of the TDS and U.S. Cellular boards of directors.

She holds a BA in economics and finance from Bentley College, and JD from Suffolk University Law School.
